Are the bags authentic?

Yes, 100% guaranteed authentic. Each item go thru an intensive authentication process in Japan before shipment by our supplier, YVE LUXE Company. Upon arrival here in Los Angeles, a second authentication process occurs via Entrupy, a very well trusted authentication service that uses both AI software and live professional authenticators to review each luxury item.

Am I able to cancel or return my order?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We urge you to please ask all the questions you may have about the item to ensure your interest. We want you to love your bag upon receiving it. You are able to ask for more pictures or videos of the item via Instagram messages to get more details of the bag. Or you can also catch us on any of our weekly Instagram Live Shows (or hopefully TikTok Live Shows coming soon!)

When will I receive my order?

Please allow us 2-3 business days to beautifully pack your order. Orders are shipped via USPS and upon drop-off, please allow another 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. We try our best to be proactive of our time especially when fulfilling orders as humanly fast as possible.

How do I know what the condition is of the item?

GRADE 1: PRISTINE
good as new, without flaws or signs of use
GRADE 2: EXCELLENT
like new, with very minor flaws and very minimal wear
GRADE 3: GREAT
very good condition, with slight signs of wear
GRADE 4: GOOD
good condition with decent, visible wear
GRADE 5: FAIR
visible wear, most loved and used
